Dear PuristS,

you may have read about KMII's LUC Chrono One these days, which remebered me of something.

This is another one of this kind of threads that deserves closure and completeness. As I opened it, it's up to me to do the necessary:

My problem was solved satisfactory!

What happened?
As reported, the chronograph function failed few weeks after I received the watch.
With a benefit as a forum member, Chopard HQ service took this matter up themselves and immediately without me asking for it. Very helpful, friendly and professional, exactly the same way the boutique continued. It was a matter of two weeks, and I got the watch back right in time for a persoanally important date, which they obviously facilitated.

To be fair, the first fix was not sustainable, however you could only feel Chopard's efforts increasing and turnover times being reduced once more. Also thanks to proactive communication, I was given the feeling that the matter was taken care of with the deserved seriousness.

Today, I'm very happen with my watch as nothing changed from the passion I put into my owner's review, which you might have read in this forum.
Beyond the watch model that gave me a link to the Chopard brand initially, there is no doubt that the way how this incident was handled has even strengthened this link.

All in all, I wish to read more about conclusions and that these are hopefully positive for all of us. Both, criticism and praise, can be shared in our exquisite community and help us to develop further.

Best regards from a happy 919er,
kolosstt

Sorry that your first post details a problem with the watch, but really, really glad you shared it. Notithstanding qualty control at the factory (and I have seen first hand the lengths to which Chopard go at the Fleurier Ebauches to ensure strict standard...

As relatively complex mechanical pieces, it is not out of the ordinary to experience issues at some point. It is the resolution of those that is of primary importance and it is good to know that you have had a positive service experience with Chopard. My ...
