Winners of the Best Actress Oscars wear Chopard. It's been true for many years. I imagine Chopard invites all the nominees to wear Chopard jewels, hence that's why the winner seem to consistently wear them.
Hmm, I wonder how the animals at the zoo predict the World Cup finals? Maybe a computer comes up with the highest possibilities and each set of "win-loss maps" is assigned to an animal. Then we only hear about the psychic animal, but never about the losing animal. Neither sea turtles in Brazil nor octopuses in Germany watch soccer nor play it...
Noticed the red carpet had almost no major shiny necklaces, but many
actresses had exquisite earrings. Seems like this has been trending for
the past couple years at the Oscars and it appears the diamond Riviera
necklace has been a bit absent from the Red Carpet for the past several
years.
The true winners are the actors and actresses who are invited by Chopard to have these beautiful creations of jewelry on loan for a night. I guess all I have to do is to become an actor or actress and get nominated!
And the goody bag at the Oscars this year was worth $160,000 USD! I'll be a fairly happy loser until I have to pay taxes on the value of that goody bag. Winning the Oscar and taking home the statuette is still the best deal. Since the statuette has no real monetary value no taxes are due.
