Your shots really capture the strengths of the design!

First off, these are well-done photographs. They really convey the warmth that the rose gold brings to the watch.
Second, I like Chopard's decision to emphasize the two horizontal subdials using size and colour. The deemphasis of the running seconds subdial balances out the branding at the top. Date indicators are generally useful, although I find they detract from the symmetry. Here, I would like to see the result if the date cut through the running seconds subdial at 6 o'clock instead of sticking out on its own at 4 o'clock. However, thanks to the bold subdials, the date does not disrupt the overall impression of symmetry.
I prefer the look of two register chronographs to three register chronographs, even if there are exceptions. I prefer this dial to the manual wind chronograph, even the coveted Purists' Edition, because it is more symmetric at-a-glance. Yes, the legibility of the manual-wind models is also a bit better, but life is full of tradeoffs.
