Hi, Just wanted to share three shots of the Limited Edition L.U.C. XP Skeletec. 288 pieces in Rose Gold. This is the first skeletonized caliber made by Chopard, ultrathin L.U.C Caliber 96.17-S. The movement is 3.3 mm and the case 6.98 mm think. Case is 39...  

blomman, Thank you for coming back in style! The current Mrs MTF likes skeletonised movements but we have never seen this Chopard Skeletec watch. I'm intrigued by the choice of limited edition number set at 288. The two 'golden' orbs at position 2 and 10,...

I made a visit to the boutique yesterday and found a Skeletec to look at in the metal after seeing your post, Blomman. I enjoyed it even more in the metal. Seeing the light shine through the dial side of the movement added a new perspective that I enjoyed...

I find that the skeletonized area is visually too limited by the solid peripheral ring. It is not very convincing IMHO. Thanks Blomman! Fx

For a skeleton it is a limited area that is open. Nothing that really bothered me when I tried it... Now that you mention it... One thing that I find positive with the solid area is that it makes it easier to read time. Best Blomman
