;) Ferdinand Berthoud and his dynasty were watch and clock makers to the King of France and the French Navy. More importantly, Berthoud wrote treatises on horology so he was an academic, teacher and open to peer review. Another famous maker wrote nothing ... 

Though, as MTF indicated, we still know nothing of what to expect, officially. What do I dream of, though? The possibilities are endless. A request, if Chopard is listening: a detent escapement, maybe? Best, CaliforniaJed
