The PuristS Edition of the LUC 1963 Chrono looks 101X better than the 'standard edition'. An amazing design job. The lack of date is much to be preferred, the steel case, the black dial, everything is for the better and in a big way. Congrats to all invol...

Same red hands seems to "overheats" the rose gold version ; I feel polished & heat blued chronograph hands would have been more appropriate.

And I read an article where Philippe Dufour put Lange and Chopard LUC's finishing ahead of Patek.

Mr Dufour placed ALS in 1st position, 2nd is Chopard, 3rd AP and Crédor Tie, and lastly PP

Well, one can like it and praise the finishing but, IMHO, it is hardly comparable with the perfection of the Datograph or any classic hand-wound caliber. Why? Because you really see that the Chopard chronograph movement was designed to be AUTOMATIC, i.e t...
