Chopard

Thanks to the PuristsPro forum and the messages posted by fellow forum members, I fell in love with the Chrono-One. After seeing one in Singapore and fitted one back at home in The Netherlands, I pulled the trigger to buy one. Here are the first pictures....

This is really a good looking and functional Chronograph. Chopard have always done nice cases and dials and the design and placement of the subdials and the hour and minute hands is excellent; not to mention the in-house movement. This is a very good choi... 

That is interesting. When I watch closely, I realize that the subdails are not placed in the middel of the dail (I did not noticed that one before) . It is more like the Daytona that they are place above the middle. This really gives a more balanced look ...

I've been wanting to see one of these new LUC Chrono One's at the Chopard Boutique but keep forgetting everytime. Will definitely remember next time I walk pass the store. Looks great on your wrist btw. Cheers, Anthony

Thanks Anthony, I made many pictures of wrist shots before I shot this one. I find it very difficult to make your own wrist shot. I see many examples in this forum, where the wrist shot gives not a realistic picture. The watches seems to big for the wrist...

I stil have it and wear it on a rotational basis with my other watches. It is one of my favorites. I like playing the chrono and flyback a lot and it is very practical. I would reale recommend it. Regards Wim ck

Had mine for over 18 months now and it is a brilliant watch Truly versatile and so nicely made. In hindsight also excellent value! Here a recent picture (there are quite some threads on it). Hoping you will find yours in 2016! ...

And the steel ones very nicely priced. There may still be some NOS examples hovering around, and IIRC it was the Watch of the Year in Japan in 2009 If you come over to these parts of the world in 2016, will gladly let you play with mine to make the decisi...
