I purchased on during a trip to Singapore back in 2008 ; still have it and still love it. to confirm a couple of the points made by insightful Kong:
It comes with the leather strap and you can purchase the rubber one if you want (I did)
The box set comes with a manometer. However I felt the quality of the manometer was not in line with the product... felt a little cheap if you ask me
